A Little Knowledge is Sweet |
| The recipe itself sets us apart as it has almost twice as much chocolate than other brands of fudge. For customers, this means our little morsels are extra rich and perhaps the appetite is quenched with a smaller amount. We should also mention that our chocolate is super dark (72% or more) and fair trade. That’s another way of saying it’s good all ‘round: for your taste buds, for you and for those that grew the delicious ingredients. These ideals have extended to all aspects of Betty’s Tasty Buttons business. We use goat’s milk because it’s creamy, tangy and local. Artistry, Chemistry, & a bit of Alchemy |
We do not simply add a flavoring syrup to our fudge and then call it a day. No, we work long tiring hours in an attempt to make outstanding sweets. Our pantry is filled with herbs, spices and extracts. Some of these are little-known and others are ingredients never thought of as having a life in confections.
